Incident impacting Email (Microsoft Exchange)

One of our servers experienced an issue late last evening that was resolved, but the solution caused a "forced password reset" for all users. When you arrive at work, your computer may prompt you to reset your password - if it does, follow the prompts and you should be good to go. Your password will require an upper case and lower case character, along with a number OR a symbol.

If you did not fully log out of your computer or shut down last night, please restart your computer and log in. It should prompt you to reset your password.

If you use a mobile device or web-based email access and do not have access to a physical PC computer on our network at a school or district site, please call the helpdesk at 805-445-8751 and a tech can help reset your password.
