Thanks for your patience as we seek a long-term, consistent solution to this issue. We are working with Google still to find a workable resolution, but it is challenging because each phase takes time to communicate back and forth, test, roll-out to users, and find new "bugs" to address. We are still actively working that process and will continue to update until our final resolution is found.
We are still experiencing some issues with staff passwords syncing correctly. We are currently doing a small test at DCS and LPS to see if we can find the root cause. Please be patient as we look to find the cause of the issue and align our systems with Google's new sync standards.
We are aware of an issue where passwords do not always sync from our computer/domain to G-Suite accounts. We believe we have found a resolution and are working on implementing it. This should only affect staff/teacher accounts at this point (student accounts should be ok). If you have any concerns, please contact our helpdesk at 805-445-8751.
